zucchI’ve always loved food: I enjoyed watching my grandmother preparing fresh pasta, I like to sit in the kitchen with my son and of course I like to eat!

Today eat with taste and satisfaction without compromising your health seems to have become complicated: vegan diet, typically regional, vegetarian, universal, fruitarian, raw food, macrobiotic diet… which one to choose? Each system of nourishment seems to promise the perfect health.

In this blog I would like to share with you my recipes and my favorite foods, those which are pleasant to the taste, digestible and healthy as well, bringing all the energy necessary for daily activities, inspired by all of the cuisines and traditions that I got the chance to enjoy in my life.
