Holistic Disciplines & Activities

Aromatherapy, homeopathy, herbs, acupuncture, communication techniques, natural nutrition, Ayurveda .. they are just some of the holistic disciplines which I have come through and have contributed to my daily well-being, protecting me, giving me more strength or sometimes consoling me.

I have been working with counseling techniques for years, and I am fond of Bach flowers, crystals, old traditions and new ideas. I always look at what is available on the market but do not want to depend on it nor uncritically follow the main trends.

And again: martial arts, fitness, travel, places to see, books reviews and activities that involve the body, mind and soul. Many ideas and specific advice, which I have personally tried to take care of the health and beauty of the whole family!
