Years ago when the antipyretic were not available, a high fever was treated by putting an ice pack in the folds of the groin.
After my release of the first video on derivative bathrooms in Italian on youtube, I was litteraly inundated with emails from people thanking me for talking about them and for sharing this information.
Derivative baths are a daily natural hygiene, not a medicine, and can make feel good just anyone. They consist in keeping the perineum cool a few hours a day to promote the circulation and expulsion of liquid fats. They can be performed by sponging the area with cool water or using bags of ice which are called “poches de gel” from the inventor.
For years I have been using these French poches de gel tested and recommended by Mrs France Guillain in her book ” The new book of derivative baths“. I own a dozen, I keep them in the freezer and try to wear daily at least four of them.
Why do I use them? They just make me feel good, give me comfort , well-being, make my sleep deeper, my mood more stable, improve digestion, help to purify my skin from acne and pimples, relieve fatigue and pain. I used them during pregnancy to relieve tired legs, after childbirth to get relief from the pain and during breastfeeding to sleep better in the few hours available for rest.
How to use the poches? Before I wear them they have to stay at least 2 hours in the freezer, mine live there, there’s a whole freezer drawer dedicated to them in my house. I take a poche, put it in its cotton wrap or in a piece of cloth or cellulose paper and I place it in contact with my perineum. They are supported by the laundry so they do not move too much and I can do my household comfortably. When I no longer feel the coolness, I replace it with another one, and continue in this way for about 3 or 4 hours a day. During derivative baths you should not be cold, just feel the coolness in the perineum, so if you get cold wear a thicker jumper or another pair of socks.
To wash them after use, I put them into the laundry bag in the washing machine to 30 up to 40 degrees or wash them by hand with a mild soap.
People who saw my video and experimented derivative baths told me that they have: improved their sex life, contrasted constipation and chronic fatigue, helped alleviate allergies and binge eating disorders, decreased cellulite and cured insomnia.
If you want to reshape your body, promote detoxification, have more vital energy, if you wish for a restful sleep and a good resistance to infections, read France Guillain’s book to have all the necessary information to start and try to practice daily derivative baths for some week. They just work great!
